Iconic architecture expertly redefined

Constructed in 1926, this building has been a part of the Downtown Corpus Christi skyline for a century. Serving as a mercantile, trading post and even a civil defense shelter, it's a perennial part of the downtown culture and has consistently been a hub of activity. Today, we're reimagining the entire building from exterior facade improvements, a more modern, industrial interior and a diverse mix of tenants to create a lively hub once again.

Possibly one of the most photographed buildings in the city, The Foundry is located on Peoples Street in the heart of the Marina Arts District. Shaded by historic oak trees, it serves as the backdrop to many of the city's most notable festivals and has become a popular spot for family, wedding, graduation and quiñce photos.
