ABOUT US

A landmark address, reimagined for modern business.

Constructed in 1926, this building has been a part of the Downtown Corpus Christi skyline for a century. Serving as a mercantile, trading post and even a civil defense shelter, it's a perennial part of the downtown culture and has consistently been a hub of activity. Today, we've reimaged the entire building from exterior facade improvements, a more modern, industrial interior and a diverse mix of tenants to create a lively hub once again.
